Four Exclusions
Washington, Nevada and Idaho have been closed to sweeps play for years, and California was added in January 2026. All eighteen sites apply the same list.
Why These Four
Washington enforces the strictest online gaming law in the country, Nevada protects its licensed casino industry, and Idaho excludes the model outright. California is the recent change, and operators updated their terms rather than contest it.
Age Requirements
Most sites set 18, a few require 21, and in some states 21 applies regardless of what the operator says. It is stated in the terms.

Eligibility is based on your physical location rather than your billing address. Cross into an excluded state and the account locks until you leave.
